Glasgow’s jewel in the Crown for office accommodation in the City Centre is, undoubtedly, the landmark ‘Queen’s House’.
Located in the heart of the City between George Square and Buchanan Street, the Grade A architecturally stunning building has been recently renovated and now offers six floors of high quality office suites as well as a bar and brasserie on the ground floor.
Refurbished over a 2 year period, we repaired over 200 windows. We ensured that not only did we retain their original qualities, to reflect the listed nature of the building, but complied with the latest building regulations in respect of insulation and draught-proofing.
The internal layout of the building has been designed to accommodate as wide a range of tenants as possible. These include blue chip companies as well as start-ups and SME’s. We are proud to have been involved in helping to restore such a prestigious development and one that is in keeping with Glasgow’s legacy of fine architecture and historical buildings.
